Section 1: Legal Definitions

• "Website" refers to JAWWY’s platform.
• "Customer" means any person making a purchase.
• "POD" means Print-On-Demand items.
• "Custom Products" means tailor-made items.
• "Business Days" exclude weekends/holidays.

Section 2: Terms of Use

By using the website, the customer agrees to these terms. JAWWY may modify terms without prior notice.

Section 3: Product Policy

• Colors may vary slightly.
• Custom products become customer responsibility after confirmation.
• JAWWY may reject prohibited designs.

Section 4: Shipping Policy

• Egypt: 3–10 business days.
• GCC: 5–12 business days.
• EU: 7–14 business days.

Section 5: Returns Policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

Non-returnable items are subject to applicable legal exceptions. Defective or incorrectly delivered items may be returned in accordance with Egyptian consumer protection laws.

Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after the return has been received and approved, without prejudice to any shorter period required by law.

Egypt: COD or electronic payment.

We comply with GDPR for EU customers.

Section 8: Liability

JAWWY is not liable for delays or misuse.
